LSU vs. Georgia Live Stream: Watch Online CBS College Football SEC Game Streaming at 3:30 PM

Sep 28, 2013 03:09 PM EDT

The biggest game of the college football weekend schedule is the LSU Tigers visiting the Georgia Bulldogs and the SEC matchup could have wide-ranging implications, as the Bulldogs could miss out on the BCS with another loss, while the Tigers know that a game against Alabama is upcoming.

The Tigers are ranked sixth in the nation and this is a top 10 matchup as the Bulldogs are ranked ninth and whoever loses, they likely will drop out of the top rankings. Georgia needs this win after dropping their first game against Clemson and LSU is coming into the game with a 4-0n record after defeating Auburn last weekend. The team opening the year with a 10 point win against TCU and then had two "easy" opponents in UAB and Kent State and now the team faces off against the toughest team so far this season.

The game will be on CBS at 3:30 pm and it is in Georgia so the home Athens crowd will be going crazy for the matchup with Les Miles and crew. LSU comes into the game averaging over 500 yards total per game and the team is scoring in bunches, averaging over 40 points per game so far through four games and the defense has been excellent as well, allowing less than 20 points per game. Zach Mettenberger is playing very well so far this season and the offense has been very productive through four games.

The Tigers will next play against Mississippi in a game that will be on ESPN at night and then the team has a huge matchup that also will affect Georgia with the Florida Gators at home. Florida already lost to Miami and with Georgia already dropping a game as well, the Gators can't afford to lose that one. The team then has a tough road game against Ole Miss and they are currently ranked 21st in the nation and then they will play a gimme game against Furman.

The biggest game of the year for LSU and possibly the BCS in general is the game after that against number one Alabama and if the Crimson Tide comes in undefeated, that will be the game with the biggest implications in the nation. Things don't get easier after that as the team will play against Texas A&M and then they finish the season with Arkansas at home and by then LSU should be in or out of the SEC chase.

Georgia is 2-1 but has the chance to go on a roll against some good teams, as they defeated South Carolina and North Texas after losing to Clemson and after the Tigers game the team will play against Tennessee and Missouri and then they go on the road against Vandy. The Bulldogs then play the Gators in one of their biggest games of the season and then they will finish against Georgia Tech and Aaron Murray will be the key.
