ESPN College Football TV Schedule 2013: Full Coverage For ABC, ESPN2, ESPNU, Online and ESPN3 Network Games

The college football season is just around the corner and with a number of games starting the year on Thursday, ESPN as usual is in the middle of all the coverage, broadcasting a plethora of matchups on the family of networks of ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU and ESPN3, including North Carolina and South Carolina as well as Ole Miss at Vanderbilt.

As shown in a recent article in the New York Times by James Andrew Miller, ESPN plays a big part in scheduling when it comes to college football and the NCAA and that is why so many games appear on the network's family of channels and properties. ESPN is a huge player when it comes to college football and on opening night they will have multiple games on WatchESPN and ESPN3.

The first game on Thursday will be on ESPN on television and on Watch ESPN with North Carolina visiting Jadeveon Clowney and South Carolina before Ole Miss visits Vanderbilt. Fox Sports 1 has a significant game on opening night as well with Utah State and Utah, while ESPNU has Tulsa vs Bowling Green and Rutgers at Fresno State. USC will be in Hawaii and that game will be broadcast on CBS Sports Network, while on Friday the top game is Florida Atlantic at Miami.

Saturday has a number of notable teams in action for the first week of games, including Oklahoma State, Texas A&M, Florida, Cincinnati, Wisconsin, Ohio State, Michigan, Notre Dame, Oregon, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Oregon State, Arkansas, Syracuse as well as a great matchup of Georgia vs. Clemson. Alabama comes in ranked number one with Ohio State, Oregon, Stanford, Georgia, South Carolina and the Aggies.
