Aaron Hernandez Trial Online: Watch Streaming Live Court Date For Probable Cause Hearing Free Video Links From TMZ and Fox 25

Aug 22, 2013 11:42 AM EDT

Aaron Hernandez will be back in court for a probable cause hearing that was delayed back in July and as the prosecution puts together their case, people can watch along at home online, as cameras are allowed in the courtroom, as they were for his arraignment and bail hearing as well as his first scheduled probable cause hearing.

The case likely will move to superior court since it is a murder charge and the original probable cause hearing was delayed to give the state more time to present evidence to the grand jury and an indictment could be coming down soon. The hearing will be to test the evidence in the case to see if probable cause exists that Hernandez killed Odin Lloyd, the semi-pro football player that was found less than a mile from his home in North Attleboro.

Hernandez Probable Cause Hearing: Scheduled for August 22, Thursday

Live Streaming Info: Best bets include TMZ and My Fox 25 in Boston, had coverage for the last court appearance.

Police arrested Hernandez soon after the body was discovered and he was released by the Patriots that very same day. He was denied bail in the case due to the nature of the crime and the judge said that Hernandez was the orchestrator of the shooting. Police have not located the murder weapon, but they did search extensively in his home, in a Bristol pond as well as in a storage unit belonging to Shayanna Jenkins, the fiancé and girlfriend of Hernandez.

Jenkins was at the courthouse for his previous appearances and she may be in court again. Authorities are still looking into any connections that Hernandez had to a double murder last year in Boston and the gun in that case was recently discovered. Hernandez is facing life in prison for the charges and he could end up never getting out of jail again. Hernandez is being held at the Bristol County House of Corrections in solitary and reports have said that the Lloyd murder might be rtied to the double murder.

Reports say that Lloyd may have known about the murders or Hernandez's involvement and that's why he was killed. Lawyers have argued that the two had dispute at a nightclub which prompted the killing. Hernandez has two accomplices in the case that have been arrested in Carlos Ortiz and Ernest Wallace and one says the other told him that the Patriots tight end admitted to the crime. Ortiz also claimed that Hernandez hid the guns used in the murder in his basement of his North Attleboro home. Hernandez was released from the Patriots soon after being arrested and while he has proclaimed his innocence, his career is likely over.
