Aaron Hernandez has been dealing with plenty of issues as he sits in jail awaiting trial for the murder of Odin Lloyd and now the Wall Street Journal has found a report detailing more troubling incidents, including a bar fight when he was a teen.

According to the WSJ, Hernandez got into a fight at a bar with an employee in 2007 when he was 17-years-old and left manager Michael Taphorn with a ruptured eardrum. This happened after he had two drinks and refused to pay at the student bar The Swamp and afterwards police recommended he be arrested for felony assault.

Hernandez was able to get out of the charges, as Deadspin.com reports, state attorney for Alachua County's district, Bill Cervone, decided to ignore the assault recommendation. He also happened to be a booster for the Gators that donated s between $1,800 and $2,299 a year to the program. This wouldn't be the only incident for Hernandez, as he also was questioned in a nightclub shooting.

As a young player he appeared in five games and caught two touchdowns from Tim Tebow and later he starred for the team and won a national championship.
