Tim Tebow has been the subject of all types of trade rumors this offseason and if none of those work out, he will have a job somewhere in football, as the owner of the Orlando Predators in the Arena League has offered the quarterback a job should he ever want it.

Tebow hasn't responded to the offer, but instead he did what Tim Tebow usually does, interacting with fans and giving back the community. According to Fox Sports Florida, Tebow spent the weekend in Orlando working out and training with fans at his D1 Sports Training and Therapy facility.

Tebow spent two hours on Saturday with about 100 fans and showed off some training tips while also throwing balls and teaching techniques for football. Many fans got to play on the turf with Tebow and the report says he was very enthusiastic with the kids, giving high fives and screaming cheers.

"Keep working hard," Tebow told a group of participants ages 12-14, each kneeling in a huddle. "Never settle for being average."

Tebow has won a state and college championship while playing in Florida and he is planning on having more activities, including at the Tampa location, which he co-owns with Chipper Jones of the Atlanta Braves. Tebow did not speak to reporters after the training, but the main point of questions has usually been about where he will play next season.

The quarterback was barely used by the Jets, playing in 12 games and rushing for 102 yards while completing six-of-eight passes for 39 yards and scored zero touchdowns. The next set of questions will also likely include ones about his Arena League offer, which Predators owner Brett Bouchy said in an interview with the Orlando Sentinel.

The owner compared Tebow to former AFL quarterback Kurt Warner and said that he could find success in the league. Tebow is part of a crowded quarterback roster with the Jets, as the team has Mark Sanchez, Greg McElroy, David Garrard and Matt Simms on the roster.

The Jets have had a hard time finding a trade partner for Tebow, but there is a chance he could go to a team that is looking for a quarterback upgrade, including the Oakland Raiders, Arizona Cardinals and Buffalo Bills, since the latter two cut their starting quarterbacks from last season in Kevin Kolb and Ryan Fitzpatrick.

Tebow's name has also been in the news for a bill that bears his name in Alabama, which would allow home-schooled students to participate in sports teams at public schools, something he did while living in Florida. The bill made it out of committee in the state and now will move on to the next stage of the legislation process. Tebow led his team to a state championship while playing for his high school.

A trade for Tebow as well as cornerback Darrelle Revis could pick up steam next week as the NFL owners meetings start going on in Arizona.
