The Oakland Raiders are coming into the season with high expectations after a rough 2013 season and an Andre Johnson trade with the Houston Texans is an option if he continues to stay away from team activities and the Raiders could look at trading backup quarterback Matt McGloin in a deal to reunite him with former coach Bill O'Brien if Derek Carr shows he can step up and be the backup for Matt Schaub after the team acquired him in the offseason.
