The Washington Redskins are looking for yet another head coach after firing Mike Shanahan and after interviewing a number of candidates, it appears the team is ready to hire Jay Gruden from the Cincinnati Bengals and that puts the focus on quarterback Robert Griffin III, as he did not get along with his last coach and now he is set to start over with a new one.
