Secretly Alfred Morris is one of the most durable running backs in the league as he has not missed a game in his 4 year career.

This will not keep Morris from hitting free agency as the Redskins are about to let the 27 year old hit free agency. Morris struggled all last season to run behind this porous Washington offensive line. In 2015 Morris played in every game, however his production looked to have declined significantly. He only recorded 202 attempts, 751 yards, a touchdown, and 3.7 yards per carry as he struggled to find any open lanes. He also saw a lot of his production vultured by the younger backs on the Redskins roster.

The Redskins will only have $13 million in cap space unless they release or restructure multiple contracts. With Morris's cap hit registering at $1,572,775 so the Redskins could resign him. There will be some running back hungry teams out there so Morris will not go unsigned.

Teams that are in dire need of a new or another running back would include the Tennessee Titans, Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, Indianapolis Colts, Houston Texans, and New England Patriots. It would not be surprising to see Morris end up with the Texans, Patriots, or Giants, on some sort of veteran deal.
