The New York Giants backup defensive tackle Jay Bromley is under investigation after an incident in a midtown hotel.

Apparently Bromley and a 26 year old woman met on Instagram the social media app and arranged a meeting later on that night. Bromley picked her up at her Brooklyn home before the two went to a hookah bar. Bromley and the woman ended up at the Hyatt Herald Square Hotel. The woman reportedly wanted to end their activities after performing oral sex on Bromley. Police are speculating that this is when the incident occurred and Bromley became violent.

The woman followed Bromley requesting a ride back to her home however Bromley tried to get away from her. Bromley reportedly stormed out of the hotel with the woman holding on to the hood of his car. Bromley then began to slowly accelerate which caused her to fall off and injure her knees, Bromley drove away after words. The incident was reported at 4 a.m. by the woman Bromley was with.

Bromley's credit card was used to pay for the room in question. The alleged victim was taken to Roosevelt Hospital. Bromley's sister believes the woman is a gold digger who is trying to get money out the Giants player. Bromley was accused of attempted rape however police are still investigating the incident.
