Tampa Bay Buccaneers chose Jameis Winston
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell announces that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers chose Jameis Winston of the Florida State Seminoles #1 overall during the first round of the 2015 NFL Draft at the Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University on April 30, 2015 in Chicago, Illinois. "

1. Tennessee Titans:

Safe Pick(s): Laremy Tunsil (Offensive Tackle, Ole Miss): Tunsil is a solid offensive lineman with a ton of talent and any team would consider drafting him with their first round pick. More importantly the Titans need to rebuild their offensive line to help protect their new franchise quarterback Marcus Mariota.

Surprise Pick: Joey Bosa (Defensive End/Outside Linebacker, Ohio State): It could happen, the Titans do have a somewhat stout defensive line when it comes to run stuffing but could get better as pass rushers. The pick itself is not surprising more that the Titans would forgo the opportunity to rebuild their O line.

Risky Pick: Laquon Treadwell (Wide Receiver, Ole Miss): Mariota does need targets besides Delanie Walker so Treadwell makes a lot of sense but look for the Titans to grab wide receivers later on in the draft.

Titans pick: Laremy Tunsil

2. Cleveland Browns:

Safe Pick(s): Jared Goff (Quarterback, California): Goff will be the Browns new franchise quarterback, even though I am not sure the word "franchise" means the same thing when it relates to the Browns. The Browns will replace Manziel with Goff and attempt to build a team around him.

Surprise Pick: Joey Bosa (Defensive End/Outside Linebacker, Ohio State): If Bosa is still on the board the Browns might find it hard to resist as he is a hometown kid.

Risky Pick: Reggie Ragland (Inside Linebacker, Alabama): Ragland is not the fastest linebacker in this draft nor is he a player the Browns should take with the 2nd overall pick, however he does fit a specific need for this team.

Browns pick: Jared Goff

3. San Diego Chargers:

Safe Pick(s): Ronnie Stanley Offensive Tackle, Notre Dame): The Chargers wherever they end up will need an offensive line that can run block for Melvin Gordon. The kid is supposed to be your feature back yet the Chargers relied heavily on Danny Woodhead for the majority of the offensive production. Better run blockers upfront would make a world of difference, and also it will help Philip Rivers in the long run.

Surprise Pick: Laquon Treadwell (Wide Receiver, Ole Miss): Paxton Lynch (Quarterback, Memphis): Treadwell would be a surprise as the third pick overall, the Chargers desperately need offensive weapons and could always take a risk. Lynch would be the heir to the starting quarterback job as Philip Rivers is currently in his twilight years.

Risky Pick: Connor Cook (Quarterback, Michigan State): Cook was not made a team captain in his last season with Michigan State and has a reputation for being a bit arrogant. The last thing the Chargers need right now is a quarterback with people problems.

Chargers pick: Ronnie Stanley

4. Dallas Cowboys:

Safe Pick(s): Jalen Ramsey (Cornerback/Safety, Florida State): Laquon Treadwell (Wide Receiver, Ole Miss): Joey Bosa (Defensive End/Outside Linebacker, Ohio State): A lot of names could be possibilities here but Treadwell and Bosa make the most sense. The Cowboys will see Mincey and Hardy most likely walk away in free agency which gives them the need to draft a defensive end right away. If Bosa is on the board the Cowboys could be staring at the best player in the draft period.  Ramsey does fit a significant need especially if Carr and Claiborne hit free agency, he instantly would bring a bit more credibility to this secondary but the Cowboys can also find a safety and cornerback in free agency. Treadwell would be a monster lining up next to Dez Bryant and would give the Cowboys offense a whole new dimension.

Surprise Pick: Vernon Hargreaves III (Cornerback, LSU): DeForest Buckner (Defensive End/Defensive Tackle, Oregon) Ezekiel Elliot (Running back, Ohio State): VHIII would be a surprise to go this early in the draft especially to a team that has already drafted an LSU corner with some mixed results. Buckner would be a surprise just based off of when he was drafted, he seemingly will be around for the second half of the top 10. Elliot would be the mother of all surprises as the Cowboys did not believe the running back position was that important and they kind of proved themselves right as McFadden came on and still was the fourth best rusher in the league. Elliot though like Treadwell would create a whole new dimension to this offense.

Risky Pick: Paxton Lynch (Quarterback, Memphis): Myles Jack (Linebacker/Running Back, UCLA): Lynch is a risky pick because the Cowboys could always sign or draft a more talented backup quarterback as an heir to Tony Romo's job. Let's not forget, Romo himself is undrafted so the Cowboys have no problem going the unconventional route when it comes to picking up quarterbacks. Jack was just injured and may not be able to participate in the NFL Combine or even play up to his fullest extent until the season begins. The Cowboys could find a healthier player at this spot.

Cowboys pick: Joey Bosa

5. Jacksonville Jaguars:

Safe Pick(s):Jalen Ramsey (Cornerback/Safety, Florida State): Mackensie Alexander (Cornerback, Clemson): Vernon Hargreaves III (Cornerback, LSU) A'Shawn Robinson (Defensive Tackle, Alabama): At 5 Ramsey should be the Jaguars pick if the Cowboys pass on him. He is a flex DB which means he can play either safety or corner both are positions of extreme need for the Jags. Alexander is another option as he rounds out the top 3 best cornerbacks in the NFL draft. Alexander should be under consideration by the Jaguars anyway as they need a shutdown cornerback. VHIII is also on this list for the same reason. Robinson however would fill the Jaguars other critical need which is at defensive tackle. The Jaguars need more of a pass rush or at the very least to be better at stopping opposing running backs. Robinson will help provide both of those things.

Surprise Pick: Ronnie Stanley (Offensive Tackle Notre Dame): If Stanley's name is still on the board how do you not take him. Blake Bortles needs more protection and T.J. Yeldon needs better run blockers.

Risky Pick: Robert Nkemdiche (Defensive Tackle, Ole Miss): Nkemdiche is a risky pick because of his off the field issues however the Jaguars could use his talent for rushing the passer and stopping the run. Nkemdiche was one of the highest rated players in the draft if not for several off the field incidents that showed bad decision making.

Jaguars pick: Jalen Ramsey
