Robert Griffin III #10 of the Washington Redskins shakes hands with Victor Cruz #80 of the New York Giants after a game at MetLife Stadium on September 24, 2015 in East Rutherford, New Jersey."

With the New York Giants making Ben McAdoo the new head coach there are likely to be a lot of changes that ripple around the organization.

One of those changes was getting a brand new offensive line coach in Joe Philbin. More may be on the way as the Giants decide who to resign and release. Victor Cruz may become a cap causality thanks to the $8 million he would save the Gmen. Cruz was injured for most of the 2015 season and could never quite get healthy enough to play in a regular season game after suffering a torn patellar tendon injury in 2014.

Cruz injured his calf during that time frame and had to undergo season ending calf surgery.

At 29 Cruz is no spring chicken either as the Giants look to add more playmakers to this offense. The Giants will also have to decide whether or not to retain defensive ends Jason Pierre-Paul, Robert Ayers, Cullen Jenkins, George Selvie, and cornerback Prince Amukamara.

Amukamara has been the Giants top cornerback when healthy so seeing him leave would create a whole new world of needs. The Giants will also see the majority of their defensive ends hit free agency which should also create a pretty urgent draft need along the defensive line. One thing is for sure Ben McAdoo will have a lot of "reloading" to do.
