The NFL playoffs injury report has updates for players like Tom Brady, Ben Roethlisberger, Marshawn Lynch, Jonathan Stewart, Antonio Brown, DeAngelo Williams, Jeremy Maclin and Julian Edelman heading into the weekend.

UPDATE: Antonio Brown has been ruled out.

The Steelers are dealing with multiple injuries after their tough win against the Bengals in the wild card round, as Williams, Roethlisberger and Brown are all banged up. Roethlisberger is dealing with a shoulder sprain and reportedly has torn ligaments, while Williams is dealing with a foot/ankle injury and Brown is in the concussion protocol. Marshawn Lynch was out last week against the Minnesota Vikings and his status remains in question for the Seahawks this weekend.

Tom Brady and Julian Edelman came into the playoffs dealing with injuries, but both players are "on track" to play against the Chiefs. Brady suffered an ankle injury against the Dolphins in Week 17 of the season, while Edelman had foot surgery earlier in the season. Jonathan Stewart is dealing with a foot injury and has missed three straight games for the Panthers, but head coach Ron Rivera said that Stewart should be able to play without limitations against the Seahawks.

Roethlisberger is dealing with an AC joint sprain in his shoulder and the quarterback told the media that he also suffered a ligament tear in his throwing shoulder last week. According to ESPN.com, Roethlisberger is "day to day" for the Steelers, but he likely will be able to play on Sunday. Roethlisberger said that he is "sore" but that he wants to "do whatever I can to be out there." Bob Holtzman at ESPN reports that Brown is "not looking good" for Sunday after dealing with a concussion in the game against the Bengals. Williams visited with a foot specialist this week and his status remains up in the air.

Lynch missed last week after being able to practice ahead of the game and head coach Pete Carroll said that Lynch is considered "day to day" for now. According to the Seattle Times, Lynch did not "feel" that he could play against the Vikings after being able to practice without any setbacks for the first time following abdominal surgery. Lynch has not played for the Seahawks in over a month and if he is out again, the team likely will start Christine Michael.

Jeremy Maclin suffered a high ankle sprain against the Texans in the wild card round and while the team feared that he suffered an ACL injury, tests showed no damage to the ACL. According to Pro Football Talk, Maclin is unlikely to play this week against the Patriots, but could return if the Chiefs win and advance to the next round.
