The NBA injury report heading into Wednesday has updates for players like Goran Dragic, Carmelo Anthony, Kobe Bryant, Blake Griffin, Bradley Beal, Anthony Davis, Mike Conley and Omri Casspi.

Goran Dragic is dealing with a calf strain and that will keep him out for a few games for the Miami Heat. Carmelo Anthony is dealing with a minor ankle injury and he will be out on Wednesday for the Knicks. Kobe Bryant could sit down for a week or so for the Lakers to help rest up for the second half of the season, while Blake Griffin and Bradley Beal are both making progress and could return from injuries soon for their respective teams.

The Miami Heat announced that Dragic is dealing with a strained left calf muscle and will head back to Miami to get an MRI. According to Pro Basketball Talk, Dragic will be out for the rest of the current road trip for Miami and that means he will be out for at least three games. Dragic will miss the game on Wednesday against the Clippers, Friday against the Nuggets and Sunday against the Thunder.

Carmelo Anthony suffered an ankle injury against the Celtics after rolling his foot on a referee and he likely will be out for the game on Wednesday against the Nets, according to Ian Begley at ESPN New York. Derek Fisher said that Anthony's status will be determined closer to game time, but there is a chance the team will be cautious. Begley reports that the x-rays on Anthony's ankle came back negative.  Anthony likely will be fine to play against the Grizzlies on Saturday, according to Begley.

Kobe Bryant has been dealing with Achilles and shoulder issues this season and according to PBT.com, team doctor Gary Vitti is suggesting that Bryant take an extended break. Vitti said that Bryant should rest for 1-2 weeks to get his Achilles recovered and that rest could help him during the second half of the season. Bryant may miss the game on Thursday against the Warriors and is currently listed as questionable. According to Mark Medina, Bryant will travel with the team on their road trip, but he may not play.

Mike Conley is dealing with an Achilles injury and did not play on Tuesday against the Houston Rockets after also sitting out on Sunday. Conley and the Grizzlies next have the Pistons on Thursday and there is a chance that the guard could be out for that game as well. Anthony Davis sat out on Tuesday against the Lakers after dealing with a back injury and he previously missed the matchup on Sunday with the Clippers.
