The NFL draft order is set for the majority of the first round and teams like the Cleveland Browns, Dallas Cowboys, Tennessee Titans and 49ers could target players like Jared Goff, Joey Bosa, Paxton Lynch, Laquon Treadwell, Laremy Tunsil, Myles Jack, Ronnie Stanley, Jalen Ramsey, DeForest Buckner and Shaq Lawson.

The Tennessee Titans have the number one overall pick in the draft and they will pick ahead of the Cleveland Browns after clinching the top selection. Both teams finished with the same record this season, but the Titans got the pick with the strength of schedule tiebreaker. The San Diego Chargers will pick third ahead of the Dallas Cowboys, while the Jacksonville Jaguars have the fifth overall pick.

The top five picks in the draft should be very interesting to watch this year, as all the teams in the top five have various needs on both sides of the ball. The Titans come in with major needs on the roster, but one place they do not need to look is at the quarterback position. The team took Marcus Mariota last year and that means teams like the Browns and Cowboys could have a clear shot at players like Jared Goff and Paxton Lynch.

The quarterback class is fairly deep this season with Lynch, Goff, Kevin Hogan, Connor Cook, Christian Hackenberg and Cody Kessler coming out, but most scouts see Goff and Lynch as the top two prospects. The Titans are likely going to take the best player available and that could lead to the team picking Laremy Tunsil or Joey Bosa number one. The Titans offensive line was a mess last season and that could lead the team to take Tunsil, who many scouts see as the best OL prospect in this draft.

The Browns pick at number two and with all the uncertainty surrounding Johnny Manziel and his future, Goff could be the pick. Goff had over 40 TD passes this season for Cal and is considered to be as close to a "can't miss" prospect as there is in this draft. The Browns need a franchise quarterback they can rely on and Goff could be the pick for the team. Other teams like the Cowboys and 49ers could consider Goff if he falls past Cleveland, but it's hard to see the Browns passing up a chance to take Goff.

The Chargers have the third overall pick and while they may want a QB to develop behind Philip Rivers, expect the team to go elsewhere for this selection. Joey Bosa could be an option at number three to help the San Diego defense, while Jalen Ramsey also could be a fit. Ronnie Stanley is an option on the offensive line, while Tunsil could be a fit if the Titans go with Bosa or someone else.

The Dallas Cowboys are likely going after a QB in the draft and if the team doesn't pick one at the number four pick, expect Jerry Jones to take one at some point. If Goff falls to four, expect the team to consider the move, while Paxton Lynch could also be a target. Laquon Treadwell also could be a fit, as the team dealt with Dez Bryant missing time last season.

Mock draft predictions:

Chargers: Ronnie Stanley
