The NFL draft order is set for the first 20 picks with the regular season over and names like Jared Goff, Paxton Lynch, Ezekiel Elliott, Joey Bosa, Laremy Tunsil, Connor Cook, Laquon Treadwell, Jalen Ramsey, Ronnie Stanley, Shaq Lawson and Myles Jack could be first round picks. The Dallas Cowboys, Cleveland Browns and San Francisco 49ers are picking in the top 10 and all of those teams could potentially target quarterbacks.

The first part of the draft is set with all the teams that did not make it to the playoffs and the rest of the first round will be slotted in as the postseason moves through each round. The Titans clinched the number one overall pick after losing on Sunday, while the Browns are picking second. The Titans are picking over Cleveland due to the strength of schedule tiebreaker, while the Chargers, Cowboys and Jaguars round out the top five.

The second half of the top 10 has the Baltimore Ravens, San Francisco 49ers, Miami Dolphins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New York Giants slotted in. The top of the draft has some notable names coming out this year, including Jared Goff and Paxton Lynch, who are considered by many to be the top quarterback prospects in this class. Ohio State has Joey Bosa and Ezekiel Elliott in the draft, while names like Connor Cook, Laquon Treadwell and Shaq Lawson also could go high this year.

The Titans have the number one pick and since they already have a franchise QB in Marcus Mariota, there is a good chance the team will go for an offensive lineman. The Titans line was a mess this season and Mariota was knocked around a ton and that could put names like Laremy Tunsil, Ronnie Stanley and Taylor Decker as potential targets. The Titans have needs all over the place and working on the offensive line would be a good start.

The Browns are one of the most intriguing teams to watch here, as the team has just cleaned house with Mike Pettine and Ray Farmer leaving. The Johnny Manziel situation keeps getting worse and if the team ops to move on from Manziel, a QB pick is likely here. Jared Goff is coming in as the top overall QB prospect in the draft according to many experts and that could be the pick. Paxton Lynch has also gotten a lot of attention, but Goff is considered to be close to a "sure thing" as a prospect.

Goff comes in after throwing for 4717 yards and 43 touchdowns in 2015 and those stats should make him a top three pick. If the Browns pass on Goff or Lynch, the Chargers and Cowboys could consider picking a QB. The Chargers don't have as much of a need with Philip Rivers there, but he is getting older and the team may want to develop someone behind him. The Cowboys are in a similar spot with Tony Romo, but if they opt to take someone later on (like a Connor Cook or Kevin Hogan type) the team could go after an offensive weapon like Ezekiel Elliot or Laquon Treadwell.

Here are mock selections for the top five:

Titans: Laremy Tunsil

Browns: Jared Goff

Chargers: Joey Bosa

Cowboys: Ezekiel Elliot/Laquon Treadwell

Jaguars: Ronnie Stanley
