With the Buffalo Bills suffering massive instability towards the end of the season one of their star players has had enough. Mario Williams has already been critical of first year head coach Rex Ryan's defensive schemes alienating himself from the rest of the team.

Teammates have said that Williams has "checked out" and is already expecting his release. Williams has had 38 sacks in his first three seasons with the Bills however has only recorded 4 this season. Williams ineffectiveness as a pass rusher in Rex Ryan's scheme has almost ensured his departure from Buffalo.

There are several teams that could use William's skills as a pass rusher and he could find a ton of interest on the open market. The Carolina Panthers, Dallas Cowboys, Jacksonville Jaguars, New York Giants, and Miami Dolphins could all be in line to sign the talented pass rusher. The Panthers have rarely seen any pressure from their premiere pass rushers, while the Cowboys might see more value in adding Williams and letting Greg Hardy walk. The Giants may be in the same situation if they let Jason Pierre-Paul hit free agency after his fireworks accident.

The Jaguars and Dolphins are also constantly looking for ways to improve their defenses so Williams could be a pivotal option. Depending on how the final week of the regular season goes a lot of these teams could be looking for an overhaul in free agency.
