The UEFA Champions League Round of 16 is set with Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester City, Chelsea, Bayern Munich, Arsenal, Juventus, Atletico, PSG, Roma, Dynamo Kyiv, Benfica, Gent, PSV, Zenit and Wolfsburg all advancing into the next stage.

Things finished up on Wednesday and now the draw will come out on Monday and the matchups will be announced from UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland. Arsenal, Chelsea, Dynamo, Gent and Roma made it through on the last day of group stage play and now the next thing will be putting the draw together and there could be some great matchups this year.

The group winners coming into the next stage are Real Madrid, Wolfsburg, Atletico Madrid, Man City,, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Chelsea and Zenit and those teams are in good position to get into the next stage. The group runners-up include Paris Saint-Germain, PSV Eindhoven, Benfica, Juventus, Roma, Arsenal, Dynamo and Gent for the next stage.

The teams will play home and home matchups in the next stage and the group winners will be away in the first legs of the round of 16 before the return matches. The first matchups will be in February and those will start on February 16, while the second leg return matches will be in March. Chelsea has had a tough season in the Premier League, but the team will get the chance to get things going in the Champions League after making it into the next stage.

Arsenal and Chelsea won to get through, with the Gunners winning 3-0 against Olympiakos to advance with three goals from Olivier Giroud. Chelsea won over Porto 2-0 to get through and that was a big win for the team, while Gent was able to advance after a win against Zenit. Barcelona and Bayer drew 1-1 to leave Bayer out, while Bayern con over Dinamo.
