Minnesota Vikings

Adrian Peterson (Running Back): Arizona currently gives up the 9th fewest fantasy points to running backs this season. The Cardinals have only given up one 100 yard rusher all season long and Peterson may have a shot to be the second. Peterson is the best running back in the NFL however the Cardinals defense is one of the best as well making this an interesting matchup. The likely outcome is that the Cardinals shut down the passing game by getting a ton of pressure on Bridgewater. If the Vikings show run at all they will see a stacked box.

Stefon Diggs (Wide Receiver): Diggs is barely a fantasy option at this point and cannot be counted on this week as he faces one of the best cornerbacks in the NFL. Patrick Peterson.

Arizona Cardinals

Michael Floyd/ John Brown/ Larry Fitzgerald (Wide Receiver): Floyd is looking like the best receiver out of the bunch but Brown had the best week 13. Fitzgerald is targeted the most however he barely sees any red zone targets. The Vikings give up the 13th fewest fantasy points to wide receivers however they will be without star safety Harrison Smith along with several other key defenders. Palmer and this high powered Arizona offense should blow this injury riddled Vikings defense out of the water.

David Johnson (Running Back): Johnson now has one of the best matchups of the week as he is expected to see at least 25 carries. Linval Joseph and Anthony Barr will be out for this matchup meaning a ton of open areas to run. Johnson will look to make a statement against a dinged up defense.

Carson Palmer (Quarterback): Palmer is incredible; there is no other way to describe him when it comes to fantasy football. He has 9 touchdowns over the last 4 weeks and over 300 plus yards in 4 of his last 5 games. Facing a banged up Vikings defense that is missing 4 starters Palmer should continue his hot streak.
