The fantasy football schedule is heading to Week 14 and the playoffs and some pickups and sleepers to check out include David Johnson, Spencer Ware, Javorius Allen, DeVante Parker, Scott Chandler, Shaun Draughn, Marcus Mariota, Matt Jones, Doug Baldwin and Austin Seferian-Jenkins.

The Cardinals are dealing with injuries to Chris Johnson and Andre Ellington and that has out David Johnson in a starting role. Charcandrick West returned from injury for the Chiefs, but he got banged up again and that could keep Spencer Ware in the lineup to help fantasy owners in the playoffs. The Ravens have been hit hard by injuries and Buck Allen has stepped up and could be a good option for the rest of the season.

Scott Chandler has stepped up with the New England Patriots dealing with an injury to Rob Gronkowski and until Gronk returns, Chandler is a solid option. DeVante Parker has taken advantage of his chances with the Dolphins dealing with some injuries at wide receiver, while Marcus Mariota had a big game for the Titans and could be a sleeper pick for the rest of the season. Doug Baldwin had another great performance for the Seahawks and he is worth using until he stops his hot streak.

Matt Jones has been getting a solid amount of touches for the Redskins this season, while Shaun Draughn has been the starter for the 49ers with Carlos Hyde out with an injury. Austin Seferian-Jenkins has returned for the Buccaneers after an injury and also could be a surprise player down the stretch of the season. Johnson comes in after having a big game this week with 99 yards rushing and a touchdown reception and moving forward he should continue to get carries, even when Andre Ellington is fully healthy.

Spencer Ware has been a consistent option for the Chiefs and fantasy owners, as he was able to get into the end zone again and had 26 yards rushing with a touchdown against the Raiders. Ware has scored four touchdowns in the past three games and while he didn't have a big yardage day this week, the touchdown made up for it. Ware had over 100 yards against the Bills and 96 yards against the Chargers and even with West back, he is worth using in fantasy.

Chandler had 61 yards and a touchdown with Gronkowski out and Tom Brady should continue to target the tight end until Gronk returns to the lineup. Buck Allen had a nice game with 12 catches for 107 yards for the Ravens along with 63 yards rushing and he had a touchdown in the loss for Baltimore. Allen has stepped up well with Justin Forsett out and he should start for the rest of the season for the Ravens.

DeVante Parker scored a touchdown for the second straight week for the Dolphins and he could see increased worth with the team dealing with injuries. Rishard Matthews is out with a rib injury and Kenny Stills suffered an ankle injury this week. Parker now has 11 catches for 192 yards this season and two touchdowns and the bulk of that has come in the last two games. Mariota stepped up big with 268 yards passing, three touchdowns and 112 yards rushing and another TD for the Titans on Sunday and he is worth picking up for any Andrew Luck owners who need a replacement.
