New Orleans Saints

Mark Ingram (Running Back): Ingram had a fairly decent day, enough as a solid flex play or RB3. Ingram was limited thanks to the flow of the game as Brees aired it out in an attempt to catch up to the Texans. Ingram only had 9 rushing attempts that gained 52 yards and 6 catches for 45 yards.

Drew Brees (Quarterback): Brees had an awful day thanks to 1 man, JJ Watt. Watt pressured Brees all game forcing him out of the pocket or to the turf. Brees finished the game completing only 25 of 44 passing attempts for 228 yards and an interception.

Brandin Cooks (Wide Receiver): Cooks was on fire prior to this game as he has been the only beneficiary of Brees's poor play these past few weeks. Cooks caught 5 for 8 targets for 35 yards in his week 12 match up as this New Orleans offense could get absolutely nothing going.

Houston Texans

DeAndre Hopkins (Wide Receiver): Hopkins had a dream matchup against a secondary that literally lets wide receivers put up big points every week. Unfortunately for Hopkins the game got away from the Saints a little too quickly. With the Texans solidly ahead in the game Hopkins was not really needed. He only hauled in 5 of his 8 targets for 36 yards and easily had his worst game of the season.

Alfred Blue (Running Backs): Alfred Blue has really begun to fit into the role of lead back. Blue had a highly successful day racking up 77 yards and a touchdown on 16 rushing attempts.
