The NFL injury report heading into Week 13 has updates for players like Charcandrick West, Tyler Eifert, Devonta Freeman, Carlos Hyde, DeAndre Hopkins, Larry Fitzgerald, Brandon Marshall, Alfred Blue, Mark Ingram and Darrelle Revis. Revis has been ruled out for Sunday for the Jets, while West is expected to return and split carries with Spencer Ware for the Chiefs.

Fantasy football owners should keep an eye on the injury report heading into the weekend, as players like DeAndre Hopkins, Brandon Marshall and Mark Ingram are all dealing with injuries. Those players are expected to play heading into the weekend, but there is a chance they could be downgraded by Sunday. West looks ready to return for the Chiefs after missing time with a hamstring injury, as ChiefsDigest.com reports that West was able to practice in full on Wednesday for the team. Heath Miller is questionable for the Steelers.

West has been dealing with a hamstring injury and that has given Spencer Ware the chance to start for Kansas City. The team is reportedly planning to use a running back by committee approach moving forward and once West comes back, Ware and West should see an even split in carries. Ware has been hot over the past two games and the team could ease West back in, but as long as he doesn't have any lingering issues from his hamstring, he should be fine for Sunday.

The Cincinnati Bengals could be without Tyler Eifert for Week 13, as the tight end is coming in listed as doubtful after dealing with a stinger last week. Eifert is dealing with a neck/back issue and the Bengals are likely going to be cautious with the tight end after he was not able to practice this week. Jeremy hill is expected to play after dealing with an injury last week. Austin Sefarian-Jenkins is expected to play for the Bucs.

Carlos Hyde is out for the season for the 49ers after the team placed the running back on injured reserve, according to the Sacramento Bee. Hyde has been dealing with a nagging foot injury and now will be done for the year, giving Shaun Draughn the chance to continue being the lead back for the Niners. Devonta Freeman is expected to return after missing last week with a concussion. Freeman was fully cleared to play for Week 13 out of the concussion protocol and he was able to practcie in full for the Falcons on Thursday.

Other injury news and notes:

DeAndre Hopkins is dealing with a hamstring injury for the Texans, but he was able to practice in full on Thursday and should be ready to play. Larry Fitzgerald was limited in practice on Thursday with an ankle injury, but it looks like he will be able to suit up on Sunday. Brandon Marshall was also limited in practice on Thursday with ankle and toe injuries, but he has been able to play over the past few weeks despite those injuries and should do so against the Giants.

Alfred Blue is listed as probable for the Texans after dealing with a back injury last week. Blue was limited in practice on Thursday. The Jets have ruled out cornerback Darrelle Revis for the game on Sunday against the Giants. According to Pro Football Talk, Revis is still dealing with a concussion and will not play in Week 13 for the team. Revis will miss his second game when he sits out on Sunday and fans will not get to see Revis match up with Odell Beckham.
