The Buffalo Bills could be without Karlos Williams in Week 13 against the Texans and if he is out for the game with an injury, Anthony Dixon likely will be the backup for LeSean McCoy. Sammy Watkins, Charles Clay and Robert Woods are the best fantasy options for the Bills this week for quarterback Tyrod Taylor on offense.

The Bills are trying to stick around in the AFC Wild Card chase and this game against the Texans is big for both teams. Houston has been one of the hottest teams in the NFL and they currently are in position as one of the wild cards in the conference. The Bills come in after a loss against the Chiefs and they will be looking to bounce back, but they may have to do it without Williams in the lineup. According to the Buffalo News, Williams was out of practice on Wednesday with a shoulder injury and that could put him on track to miss Week 13 against Houston.

ESPN reported that Williams was wearing a sling on Tuesday after he had to leave the game on Sunday against the Chiefs with a shoulder injury and was not able to return. Williams has dealt with multiple injury issues this season, but when he has been healthy and on the field he has been productive, even as a backup to McCoy. Williams has had at least one touchdown in all but two games this season and while he has only had eight carries the past two weeks, he is worth keeping for fantasy owners moving forward.

LeSean McCoy has had a very productive season even with Williams contributing and this week he should see a big load even if Williams plays. McCoy has 680 rushing yards this season and he has had at least 100 total yards in five straight games. Williams has put up 376 rushing yards while averaging 5.7 yards per carry and he has seven total touchdowns this season. Anthony Dixon could see some work even if Williams plays and is limited and he comes in with 27 yards on 17 carries this season. Dixon is only a deep league fantasy option at this point.

Sammy Watkins and Charles Clay are the top fantasy options behind McCoy for Tyrod Taylor and the Bills this week. The Texans defense has been strong this season, but Watkins is coming in after a big game against Kansas City and Clay has been more productive over the past three games, putting up 11 catches after having just four in his previous two.

The Bills are also dealing with some injuries on defense, as both Alex Carrington and Kyle Williams are out for the rest of the season. According to NFL.com, Williams has been out while dealing with a meniscus injury earlier in the season and he was placed on injured reserve this week, ending his year for Buffalo. Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reported this week that Alex Carrington is also done for the season after he tore his quad tendon and will have surgery.
