Seattle Seahawks

Thomas Rawls (Running Back): Rawls is facing his toughest challenge yet as he will be tested by a Vikings defense that has given up the 6th fewest fantasy points to running backs. The good thing for Rawls is that he will have a heavy workload at least 20 plus carries and has had a touchdown in his last 2 games.

Russell Wilson (Quarterback):  Wilson exploded last week however gets a tough defense overall in week 13. The Vikings have impacted the passing game of every opponent they have faced and often cause quarterbacks to have some off games. The Vikings defense gives up the 5th fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks and they only allow 223.7 passing yards per game which is in the top ten in the league. They have also only allowed 14 touchdowns through the air which is also top 10 in the league.

Minnesota Vikings

Adrian Peterson (Running Back): The Seahawks have given up the 3rd fewest fantasy points to running backs. This defense went from specializing in stopping wide receivers to stopping running backs. No opposing rusher has had over 98 yards against the Seahawks defense.

Stefon Diggs (Wide Receiver): Diggs will easily have the toughest task of the week as he will go up against Richard Sherman and the Legion of Boom. Diggs is not really an option this week.
