NFL Standings and Playoff Picture Week 13: Wild Card Race, Division Leaders In AFC and NFC

The NFL playoffs standings has the wild card races in the AFC and NFL heating up into Week 13, while teams like the Patriots, Bengals, Broncos, Colts, Vikings, Cardinals, Panthers and Redskins are the division leaders. The Panthers remain undefeated at 11-0 this season, while the Patriots are 10-1 after losing to the Denver Broncos.

The AFC playoff race has the Patriots as the top seed ahead of the Cincinnati Bengals, Denver Broncos and Indianapolis Colts, while the Kansas City Chiefs and Houston Texans are in the wild card spots heading into Week 13. The NFC picture has the Carolina Panthers on top ahead of the Arizona Cardinals, Minnesota Vikings and Washington Redskins, while the Green Bay Packers and the Seattle Seahawks are the current wild card teams.

The Patriots have basically sealed up the AFC East division title at 10-1 and they are leading the Jets (6-5), Bills (5-6) and the Dolphins, who fell to 4-7 with a loss this week. The AFC North division has the Cincinnati Bengals leading the Steelers with a 9-2 record, while Pittsburgh comes in at 6-5 after losing to the Seahawks. The Ravens improved to 4-7 with their wild win over the Browns on Monday night and now Cleveland is 2-9 and looking like a top three-pick draft team.

The AFC South division race is tight with the Colts leading the Texans, but both teams are 6-5 and they have a game coming up soon. Indy won the first time around and the next matchup could be crucial for the AFC playoff picture. The Jaguars are 4-7 on the season ahead of the Titans at 2-9. The AFC West has the Denver Broncos leading at 9-2, while the Kansas City Chiefs have been surging since a 1-5 start, winning five games in a row to improve to 6-5. The Raiders are 5-6 this season, while the Chargers are 3-8.

The NFC East division has the Redskins leading the Giants with both teams 5-6 after a win Sunday to give the team a better division record. The Eagles are 4-7 ahead of the Cowboys, who are 3-8 on the season. The Vikings jumped ahead of the Packers with a win and they are 8-3, while Green Bay comes in at 7-4 on the season. The Bears are leading the Lions at 5-6, while Detroit is 4-7.

The NFC South has the Panthers basically locked in at 11-0, while the Falcons, Buccaneers and Saints are next in line. The NFC West has the Cardinals leading at 9-2, while the Seahawks are 6-5 ahead of the Rams and the 49ers. The NFC Wild Card has the Packers and Seahawks leading, while the Falcons, Buccaneers, Giants and Bears are in contention. The AFC Wild Card has the Chiefs and Texans currently in, while the Jets, Steelers, Raiders and Bills are next in the standings.
