Minnesota Vikings

Adrian Peterson (Running Back): This Atlanta Falcons defense has given up the 5th most fantasy points in the league to opposing running backs. Peterson may be coming off of a game where he fumbled the ball and had the second lowest output of the season however this is a fantastic matchup on paper. The Falcons may come out swinging as they are currently on a 3 game losing streak.

Stefon Diggs (Wide Receiver): Diggs is going to line up against Desmond Trufant who has shutdown everyone he has faced so far this season. Diggs has been quiet over the past few weeks however it is likely that he stays that way for another week. Diggs targets are on the rise but he likely won't fully utilize them until week 13.

Atlanta Falcons

Julio Jones (Wide Receiver): The Vikings give up the 8th fewest fantasy points through the air however Julio has been absolutely unstoppable. Jones has seen double digit targets since week 5 however has not gotten into the end zone since week 8. Julio will face one of his stiffer tests this week against a very productive defensive.

Devonta Freeman (Running Back): Freeman is still going through the concussion protocol so it remains to be seen if he will play this week or not. Tevin Coleman is the backup who struggled to get anything going on the ground last week. Either way this is a pretty bad matchup as the Vikings allow the 7th fewest fantasy points to running backs. Freeman owners may need some insurance as we approach the home stretch of this season.
