The Carolina Panthers are undefeated at 9-0 heading into Week 11 and quarterback Cam Newton is one of the top candidates for the MVP award this season. The Panthers play the Washington Redskins next on the schedule and players like Jonathan Stewart, Greg Olsen, Ted Ginn and Devin Funchess are the best fantasy start options for Newton.

Newton is in the mix for the MVP award this season and while Tom Brady is the clear favorite, Newton can make a case if he keeps winning games. The Patriots are also undefeated at 9-0 this season and the voting could change based on which team finishes with a better record. Brady's numbers are much better than Newton's, but some voters may look at the Panthers and give Newton some extra credit after taking a team with a losing record from last year to a 9-0 start this year.

The Panthers did make the playoffs with that losing record last season and they won over the Cardinals, but the Patriots went on to win the Super Bowl and were expected to start off strong this year. No one expected the Panthers to start 9-0 and that could give Newton a chance. Even if Newton doesn't win the award, he should get some major consideration if the Panthers finish with 12-14 wins this season. Newton has also had to overcome losing his number one receiver in Kelvin Benjamin before the season started (for arguments sake, Brady has lost Julian Edelman and Dion Lewis to injuries, but both were able to play for parts of this season).

Newton is coming into Week 11 with 2037 passing yards, 15 touchdowns and nine interceptions while completing 56 percent of his passes. Newton has also added 366 rushing yards and six touchdowns and while his numbers are not as impressive as Brady or even Andy Dalton, he has his team undefeated and looking like a Super Bowl contender in the NFC. Newton is coming off of one of his best games after completing 21-of-26 passes for 217 yards and a touchdown against the Titans in Week 10.

The Panthers have some solid fantasy football options for owners in Week 11, including Newton, Jonathan Stewart, Ted Ginn and Greg Olsen. Stewart had a strong game last week against the Titans, rushing for 91 yards on 22 carries and scoring a touchdown. Stewart has been getting plenty of work over the past month, getting the ball at least 20 times in five straight games. Stewart has been able to stay healthy this season and he has 662 rushing yards and four touchdowns after putting up 809 yards in 13 games last season.

Ginn is a solid option for a WR3 or Flex pick for the next stretch of games, as he comes in with 25 catches for 408 yards and three touchdowns this season. Ginn had four catches on eight targets last week and he has been a consistent option for Cam Newton this season. Olsen remains one of the best fantasy players this year at tight end and he comes in after catching all eight of his targets for 80 yards last week. Olsen has five touchdowns this season on 45 catches for 664 yards.
