Kansas City Chiefs

Jeremy Maclin (Wide Receiver): Maclin was shut out in their previous game against the Broncos in week 2 when he only had 57 yards. With Aqib Talib suspended he could be in for a more productive game however Denver has given up the 2nd fewest fantasy points to wide receivers and will likely be facing coverage from Chris Harris JR.

Charcandrick West (Running Back): West will have a huge test in the third start of his career facing a Broncos defense that has allowed the 15th fewest fantasy points to running backs this season. West has almost seen 100 yards in his past two games however facing Denver is a completely different story.

Travis Kelce (Tight End): Kelce has predominantly seen 5-8 targets a game so it is likely that the tight end will have opportunities to make an impact. How much of an impact is debatable because Denver gives up the 11th fewest points to tight ends in 2015. The Broncos defense will be looking for a get well game after their loss to Indianapolis. Kelce may be the best option however in tight coverage for Alex Smith.

Denver Broncos

Peyton Manning (Quarterback): Manning is facing a team that has given up 16 passing touchdowns this season that sets things up for a great matchup. Manning has averaged around 250 passing yards in the last 5 games so he should find some production this week. Kansas City has given up the 14th fewest points to quarterbacks however Manning is also probably itching for a get well game and a win against the Chiefs should seem like the ultimate cure all.

Demaryius Thomas/Emmanuel Sanders (Wide Receivers): If Sanders sits this week Thomas might be in for his biggest game of the season. Kansas City has given up the most fantasy points to wide receivers all season long so seeing Thomas have over 100 yards and a touchdown seems like a real possibility. Thomas usually sees within the range of 7-20 targets so he will have plenty of opportunities to make big plays. Sanders is looking like a game time decision.

Ronnie Hillman/C.J. Anderson (Running Back): Hillman suffered a thigh injury against the Colts and will likely take a backseat to C.J. Anderson this week. Anderson's larger workload may be a relief to fantasy owners however Kansas City has given up the 8th most fantasy points to running backs this season making them a stiff test for any running back that hopes to have success against them.
