Green Bay Packers

Randall Cobb/Davante Adams/James Jones (Wide Receivers): The Packers wide receivers were shut down as the Broncos Aqib Talib and Chris Harris JR went off and blanketed Rodgers favorite targets. James Jones was held to a 1 catch out of his 2 targets for 2 yards while, Randall Cobb was held to 6 catches on 9 targets for only 27 yards. The returning Davante Adams could not even get a spark going as he also only caught 1 out of 2 targets for 8 yards.

Aaron Rodgers (Quarterback): Rodgers had his worst game of the season going up against a Broncos defense that just looked better than they did. Rodgers was held without a touchdown and only completed 14 of 22 passing attempts for 77 yards.

Eddie Lacy/James Starks (Running backs): Eddie Lacy was the only offensive spark for this Packers team as he managed to find the end zone for a touchdown. Lacy had 11 rushing attempts for 38 yards and a touchdown. Starks on the other hand was back to backup duty as Lacy seemed to be feeling 100 percent. Starks had only 5 attempts for 9 yards and caught both of his targets also for 9 yards.

Denver Broncos

Peyton Manning (Quarterback): Manning looked the best he has all season even without completing a touchdown. Manning completed 21 of 29 passing attempts for 340 yards and an interception. Manning was seemingly spurred on by the Broncos running game that caught fire but Manning was taking deep shots prior to that. It seems that Manning finally has processed all of the criticism he has faced this season. A performance like this can only lead to bigger ones down the line.

Demaryius Thomas/Emmanuel Sanders (Wide Receivers): Thomas had an absolutely stellar day from the field. When Sam Shields went down with a shoulder injury, Thomas immediately went to work. He hauled in 8 of his 11 targets for 168 yards. Sanders who had a suffered a few big hits in the game only caught 2 out of 5 targets for 22 yards.

Ronnie Hillman/C.J. Anderson (Running Back): Finally C.J. Anderson saw some meaningful fantasy stats and for good measure so did Ronnie Hillman. Anderson exploded for 101 yards and a touchdown on only 14 attempts. Hillman on the other hand saw 19 attempts and gained 60 yards and got into the end zone twice. This Broncos offense is scary when their running game is clicking.
