The Bears lost to the Vikings on Sunday and the team saw running back Matt Forte go down with an injury. According to Pro Football Talk, Forte went down with a knee injury in the third quarter and he was not able to return to the game after leaving. Forte has been one of the most productive backs in football this season and he had 41 rushing yards in the game before leaving. Forte had over 500 rushing yards coming into the game on Sunday.

UPDATE: Ricardo Lockette was taken off the field on a stretcher against the Cowboys after getting knocked hard on a punt play. UPDATE II: Per media reports: "Lockette suffered a concussion and has been transported to the Baylor hospital." He also was able to move his arms and legs.

Steve Smith had to leave the game against the Chargers for the Ravens and the team announced that the receiver suffered an Achilles injury. According to Pro Football Talk, Smith suffered a right leg injury and fell to the ground after making a reception in the game for the Ravens. Smith is set to retire after the season, but now that he is out with an injury for the rest of the year he may reconsider that decision. Smith had 41 catches for 588 yards and three touchdowns coming into Week 8.

The Pittsburgh Steelers saw quarterback Ben Roethlisberger return on Sunday, but running back Le'Veon Bell had to be carted off with a knee injury. According to Pro Football Talk, Bell left the game and had to be carted off for the Steelers and did not return and it's possible he has a knee sprain. Reggie Bush was forced to leave the 49ers loss against the Rams on Sunday and NFL.com is reporting that Bush likely suffered a torn ACL. Ian Rapoport reports that Bush has been diagnosed with a torn ACL and the injury happened in the first quarter when Bush was returning a punt. Bush went down on some concrete near the bench and had to be carted off the field. Bush has dealt with numerous injuries this season and has only played in four games with the Niners.

The Saints lost Khiry Robinson to a leg injury and he had to be carted off the field in the second quarter against the Giants. Pro Football Talk reported that Robinson had to be taken to the hospital and early indications are that he at the very least broke the leg.
