The Jacksonville Jaguars had TJ Yeldon out this week and for Week 7 fantasy football owners could look at Denard Robinson and Toby Gerhart as start options if he is out again. Blake Bortles was able to play after dealing with a shoulder injury and both Julius Thomas and Allen Hurns found the endzone and could also be worth looks for fantasy owners heading into next week.

Yeldon has been off to a solid start as a rookie, but he is dealing with a groin injury and could miss time moving forward. Yeldon was listed as questionable for Week 6 and while the Jaguars were hopeful that he could play against the Texans, the running back was held out. According to Mark Long at the Associated Press, the groin injury was serious enough to keep Yeldon out on Sunday and could keep him off the field for another game depending on how it feels this week in practice.

Fantasy owners with Yeldon can look at Denard Robinson and Toby Gerhart as options to handcuff for now, but neither player has the upside that Yeldon has. Yeldon has 291 rushing yards this season and he has also added 15 catches for 73 yards in five games played. In the game on Sunday both Gerhart and Robinson split time, with Gerhart getting more snaps and more carries than Robinson. Robinson is definitely more of an explosive option compared to Gerhart for fantasy owners, but for now it looks like Gerhart will start if Yeldon is out again.

Robinson had seven rushes for 19 yards on Sunday and caught three balls, while Gerhart had nine rushes for 26 yards and also had three receptions. Robinson had a breakout season last year with over 600 total yards for the Jaguars, but this season he has been a bit banged up and has only played in three games. The next game for the Jaguars is against the Bills and they have one of the better rush defenses in the league, so fantasy owners should keep an eye on Yeldon and his status.

Blake Bortles has continued to be a low end quarterback option this season, as the Jaguars starter has 13 touchdowns and 1630 yards through five games. Bortles has already surpassed his TD total from last season and while the Jaguars still are not a playoff team in the AFC, the team has continued to put up some solid offensive numbers for fantasy owners. Bortles had three TDs on Sunday and one of those went to Julius Thomas, who just returned from a hand injury two weeks ago.

Thomas is a solid start option moving forward for fantasy owners, as he remains a great redzone target like he was in Denver when he caught 24 touchdowns over the last two seasons. Thomas had seven catches for 78 yards and a touchdown on Sunday and he had 13 targets from Bortles, which is a promising sign moving forward for the TE. Allen Robinson is dealing with an injury and while the x-rays came back negative, fantasy owners should rely more on Allen Hurns, who has 29 catches and four touchdowns this season.
