The NFL injury updates into Week 7 has players like Dez Bryant, Percy Harvin, Odell Beckham, Marcus Mariota and Victor Cruz involved and some of those players could suit up on Sunday. Bryant has been back in practice with the Cowboys, Odell Beckham is expecting to play against Dallas, while fellow Giants receiver Victor Cruz has not been cleared from his calf injury.

The Cowboys are hoping to get Dez Bryant back from a foot injury soon, but it looks like it will not be this weekend against the Giants. According to Pro Football Talk, Bryant has been able to cut and run at full speed in practice and that is a promising sign for his return. Head coach Jason Garrett said last week that he wanted Bryant to get in some practice time before returning to the field and his status could be determined by how much work he can do with the team.

ESPN Dallas reported that Bryant only worked "on the side with trainers" in practice and did not do any position or team workouts. Bryant has not played since Week 1 against the Giants after breaking his foot and if he doesn't return on Sunday, he could be an option for Week 8 if he can make it through practice. Odell Beckham is dealing with a hamstring injury and he is expected to play against the Cowboys in Week 7.

According to Dan Graziano at ESPN, Beckham did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday, but the receiver said that he will be ready to play on Sunday. Beckham is planning to practice on Saturday and this is the same plan that Beckham went through last week while dealing with his hamstring issue and he was able to play on Monday night against the Eagles.

Fellow Giants receiver Victor Cruz is not ready to come back, as Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News reports that an MRI showed that Cruz's injured calf is still not healed. Cruz had hoped to come back a few weeks ago, but he re-aggravated his calf injury and he now has no timetable for returning. The Giants reportedly had "guarded optimism" about Cruz coming back and Cruz could be out for a few more weeks at the minimum until the calf is healed.

Percy Harvin is dealing with a hip issue and he will be out for this week against the Jaguars for the Bills in London. According to FOX Sports and ESPN, there have been conflicting reports that Harvin is considering retirement due to the injury. Adam Schefter at ESPN is refuting that Harvin is considering retirement and reports that he is "increasingly frustrated" about his injury issues.

Marcus Mariota is working on playing in Week 7 and head coach Ken Whisenhunt said to the media that Mariota is "doing really well." Mariota took a low hit from Olivier Vernon against the Dolphins last week and while he was able to stay in the game, the Titans held Mariota out of practice this week. Mariota did not practice on Wednesday or on Thursday while dealing with a knee sprain, but the quarterback still could play on Sunday against the Falcons.
