The San Francisco 49ers may have Carlos Hyde hobbled on Thursday night against the Seattle Seahawks with a foot injury, but the running back is confident that he can play in Week 7 for the divisional game. Hyde came into the game Sunday against the Ravens listed as questionable and he had to leave the game for a short time after injuring his foot again.

Hyde has been dealing with some minor injuries this season and his foot injury has been described as a bruise by the 49ers and not anything serious. According to CSN Bay Area, head coach Jim Tomsula said that Hyde is not dealing with a major injury and that he has a "bruise" and the foot injury is not "plantar fasciitis" or anything of that sort. The San Francisco Chronicle reports that Hyde said he "definitely" will play on Thursday against the Seattle Seahawks.

The Niners offense had some bright spots against the Ravens, as Colin Kaepernick and Torrey Smith both had solid games for San Francisco. Kaepernick has been struggling overall this season and while he was only 16-of-27 with his completions Sunday, he made them count and had 340 passing yards and two touchdowns. Kaepernick has his second straight game without an interception and he threw for over 300 yards for the first time since Week 2.

Smith has not put up great numbers this season, but he had a big play on Sunday with a 76-yard touchdowns and he finished with three catches for 96 yards against his former team. Smith has just 14 catches in six games this season, but he is averaging 23 yards per catch and scored his first touchdown since Week 2 of the season. The 49ers are at the bottom of the division at 2-4, but the Seahawks are also 2-4 and the Rams are just 2-3 behind the first place Cardinals, who have a 4-2 record this season.

Hyde has been a consistent threat for the 49ers this season and he has 430 yards rushing and has already surpassed his yards and carries totals from last season. The Niners are trying to keep things together in the division and both San Francisco and Seattle are struggling, making this game even more important on Thursday. Hyde had to leave the game against the Ravens in the third quarter after aggravating his foot injury, but he was able to return and that is a good sign for the severity of his injury.

Hyde had 23 overall touches in the game and he finished off with 21 carries for 55 yards against Baltimore. Hyde us the primary running back for the Niners ahead of Reggie Bush (when healthy) and Jarryd Hayne and Hayne could get some carries if Hyde is limited on Thursday.
