The Indianapolis Colts had Andrew Luck limited in practice heading into Week 4, but he likely will start after dealing with a shoulder injury. Dwayne Allen looks like he is on track to play and he could be a solid fantasy football start option alongside TY Hilton, Frank Gore and Donte Moncrief for Luck.

According to Pro Football Talk, Luck was not participating much in practice on Wednesday and he was taking "practically no reps" while dealing with a shoulder injury. According to the Indianapolis Star, Chuck Pagano reportedly said that he has "supreme confidence" that Luck will be able to suit up in Week 4. Luck has been off to a tough start after having a monster season in 2014 and the Colts have stumbled out of the gate to a 1-2 start and the defense has not looked good either.

Pagano said that Luck's right shoulder is ailing a bit and it comes after he was hit around last week in the win for the Colts over the Titans. Luck did not take reps with the team and Matt Hasselbeck slotted in as the number one for the practice. Luck's status will be more certain on Thursday depending on what he can do in practice and based on what Pagano said, it doesn't look like Luck starting will be an issue when the team plays against the Jaguars for Week 4.

TY Hilton appears to be fine after dealing with a knee bruise, while Frank Gore is another solid start option after he had his best game as a Colt in Week 3. Gore had 86 yards and two touchdowns in the game against the Titans.

Luck has been one of the best young quarterbacks in the league over the past three years, but he has had issues with interceptions and that is true again early this season. Luck had two picks against the Titans and he has seven already in three games this season. For comparison, Eli Manning, who also has had interception issues, has zero this season. Luck had 40 TDs and 16 picks last year and completed over 60 percent of his passes, but this season he has five TDs and is hitting on just 56 percent of his passes.

The offensive line has been a mess and that needs to get cleaned up, but Luck also has to make some better decisions. As things stand right now, Luck will likely play in Week 4 for the Colts. Allen comes in after being inactive in Week 3 and he did not participate in practice on Wednesday and that could be a bad sign for him returning. Coby Fleener will get the start if Allen can't go and he comes in dealing with an ankle injury.

According to ESPN.com, Allen has a chance to return to practice on Thursday and that likely will be the main determination if he can play or not in Week 4. The team has also been playing without corner Darius Butler, who has been out for two games. Allen has just three catches for 17 yards in two games this season, but he did score a TD in Week 1. Allen was injured in Week 2 and he comes in after missing three games last season and 15 games in 2013.
