The Buffalo Bills may have LeSean McCoy out in Week 4 and that would make Karlos Williams the top fantasy football start option against the New York Giants. Sammy Watkins is also dealing with an injury and could miss time and that could give a boost to Robert Woods and Percy Harvin for Tyrod Taylor.

The Bills have been one of the more impressive teams in the league to start the season and after winning big over the Miami Dolphins, the team gets the Giants coming off of a long break. Last week LeSean McCoy came into the game dealing with a hamstring injury and Rex Ryan said he was playing on "one and a half legs" during the game against the Dolphins. According to NFL.com, Rand Getlin reports that McCoy is "unlikely to play" in Week 4 while dealing with his hamstring issue. Ryan added on Wednesday that McCoy "doesn't look good" to play this week and he is "not sure" about Watkins.

Ryan said to ESPN after the game on Sunday that he does not want to sit McCoy just to get him healthy, but by the looks of things, McCoy may get rest this week anyway. Ryan said that "80 percent" of McCoy is still a good player, but with Williams playing well behind McCoy, the Bills could try and get him healthy for Week 5. McCoy has been hampered by the injury since the start of the season and if the Bills push it, McCoy could be out for a longer stretch.

For fantasy owners of McCoy, Williams is a must-have handcuff, as hamstring injuries are often lingering ones and that could mean more playing time down the line. Williams has already been impressive and he has 146 yards rushing along with three touchdowns in three games played this season. Williams has more rushing yards than McCoy and McCoy comes in averaging just 3.4 yards per carry in three games. McCoy has 146 yards rushing and has put up seven catches for 83 yards and right now he is well off the pace of the 1319 rushing yards he had last season in Philly.

Sammy Watkins is dealing with a calf injury and he could miss time for the Bills in Week 4 and potentially more than that. According to ESPN reporter Mike Rodak, Ryan said that Watkins may miss the game this week against the Giants and that came after a report from NFL.com that the injury to Watkins was "mild." Watkins had to leave the game against the Dolphins with the injury and this season he has just seven catches for 99 yards and one touchdown.

If Watkins is out, it could open things up for Robert Woods and Percy Harvin in the offense, although it will take away one of the best weapons for Tyrod Taylor. The Giants are feeling confident after getting their first win of the season and while the Bills are also confident after beating down the Dolphins, they should not take the G-Men lightly. Woods comes in with nine catches for 125 yards this season and he had four catches against Miami.
