The Buffalo Bills got a needed division win over the Miami Dolphins, but it might have come at a cost. While the team rode their defense to the win, injuries are stacking up on offense as there is growing concern over the health of the some of the team's playmakers. With LeSean McCoy and Sammy Watkins getting hurt against the Dolphins, what does that mean for Week 4?

All eyes are on Sammy Watkins who left the game against the Dolphins early with a calf injury. According to Mike Rodak of ESPN.com, Watkins left the game with just one catch for 39 yards. He exited the game right at the end of the first quarter after getting his leg examined by the medical staff. He returned in a t-shirt and shorts and now head coach Rex Ryan admits that he is concerned over the heath of the leading receiver.

"Obviously with Sammy going out with the calf, that's a big concern," Ryan said, via Syracuse.com. "Obviously that's a mismatch. If he's healthy, we can take advantage of it. Well, it's a calf, and obviously at the end he couldn't press off it to the point where he could play. Those are things, that's just, man. I loved coming here because I knew he was on the team. It's like, golly, let's get him healthy and get him to where he can be Sammy Watkins. That would be awesome."

The other concern is LeSean McCoy who simply cannot get healthy after a preseason hamstring injury. McCoy's hamstring issue was originally reported as severe, but the running back continued to play for the team. However, after three games he admits that he is being hampered by it and might need to miss a game as a result. The running back had just 16 yards off 11 carries in the win and struggled to get moving.

"We got to look at everything," McCoy said, via ESPN.com. "We'll figure it out. I'm not sure right now. I don't have a definite answer. We'll see what's going on. That's part of football. Just got to find a medium between being tough -- and laying it on the line for your teammates -- and being smart."

In his place, Karlos Williams is thriving. The backup running back has been a clear threat for the team since the start of the season. He had 110 yards off 12 carries against the Dolphins and the team likes what they see in him. If McCoy cannot play in Week 4, Williams will get the start and be just fine in the job. If Watkins' injury is more severe than believed, the Bills have Percy Harvin and Robert Woods to pick up the slack along with Charles Clay at the tight end spot.
