The Seattle Seahawks have Marshawn Lynch is a game-time decision for Sunday in Week 3 and if he can't play, Fred Jackson would likely start for Russell Wilson. Fantasy football owners will have to wait to see what happens with Lynch, while Carroll also said that Kam Chancellor will play after ending his holdout.

The Seahawks are playing against the Chicago Bears on Sunday at home for Week 3 and Lynch comes in after being injured against the Packers last week. According to NFL.com, Carroll announced to reporters on Friday that Lynch is dealing with a bruised calf and is a "game-time" decision for the Bears game. Lynch missed practice on Wednesday and he was a limited participant on Thursday.

Having Lynch out would be a huge loss for the Seahawks, but Carroll said the team is confident in Jackson and Thomas Rawls if they are needed. Lynch comes in with 114 yards in two games this season and he has not yet scored a touchdown. Lynch has not missed a game since 2011 and that was the lone game he has missed in his Seattle Seahawks career. Last season Lynch had 1306 yards and 13 touchdowns and right now he is a bit off that pace.

Fred Jackson was picked up after his release from the Buffalo Bills and now he could be thrust into the starting role if Lynch is out. Even if Lynch plays, he is likely to be less than 100 percent and that could give Jackson some more work in the game. Jackson comes in with just three rushes for 13 yards and three catches in two games and he likely will get more touches Sunday. Last season Jackson had over 1000 total yards rushing and receiving for the Bills.

Chancellor opted to end his holdout after Week 2 and Carroll said that Chancellor will play on Sunday after coming back to the team. Carroll said that Chancellor looks in good "form" and that he has been working out while holding out for a new contract. The Seahawks lost in Week 1 and the defense gave up some big plays, including by the player that was playing in place for Chancellor in Dion Lewis. The defense should be better off with Chancellor in the lineup, as he is one the best safeties in the league.
