Carolina Panthers linebacker Luke Kuechly (59) prepares to take on tight end Ed Dickson (84) during a drill in morning practice at the team's training camp at Wofford College in Spartanburg, S.C., on Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2015."

1. Carolina Panthers: [Opponent Houston Texans]: The Panthers took on the Jacksonville Jaguars in week 1 and posted the most defensive points out of any fantasy defense. Now they get to face an opponent that got manhandled by the Kansas City defense, the Houston Texans. With Hoyer under center chances are turnovers will occur but it is a little less certain with Mallett, either way the Houston offense should struggle against this high powered defense.

2. Baltimore Ravens: [Opponent Oakland Raiders]: The Ravens will get to face the Oakland Raiders which could be a blessing in disguise as they get an easy game after losing their best defensive player Terrell Suggs. The Ravens should get more pressure on the Raiders than the Bengals thus yielding more points. The turnover differential could be huge in this game as one of the strongest defenses will go up against arguably one of the weakest offenses in the NFL.

3. Miami Dolphins: [Jacksonville Jaguars]:  The Dolphins get the Jaguars and this is a great matchup for a good defense on the rise. The Jaguars routinely give up the most fantasy points to defenses and this week will be no exception.

4. Arizona Cardinals: [Chicago Bears]: The Cardinals get a Bears team that got worked over by the Packers. On either side of the ball the Cardinals are the better team plus they are great at stopping the run. With some of the best cornerbacks in the league the Cardinals could be in for a big day against Jay Cutler.

5. Detroit Lions: [Minnesota Vikings]:  The Lions get to face the Vikings and before the season I would not be excited about this matchup however after the dud the Vikings dropped against the 49ers the Lions could be primed for a big defensive day. The Lions have a great defensive line that is cohesive enough to stop the run as well as get pressure on the quarterback. A lot of defensive points could be scored against the Vikings this week unless somehow Adrian Peterson and Teddy Bridgewater turn it around.
