Green Bay Packers

Randall Cobb (Wide Receiver): Cobb has a sprained AC joint which will limit his range of motion when going up for a catch; however this is the Bears defense we are talking about. Cobb should be able to break off a couple of big plays. Cobb is a WR1 every time he is on the field.

Aaron Rodgers (Quarterback): Rodgers is an absolute must start against the Bears however he will be without his primary weapon Jordy Nelson. None of that will matter because Rodgers will find a new star in the Packers wide receiving corps. Rodgers should have an incredibly solid game against the Bears porous defense.

Davante Adams (Wide Receiver): Adams has the biggest opportunity for a wide receiver in week 1. The matchup is great and he is the only 100 percent healthy starting wide receiver left on the offense. Adams should get a ton of looks because he should be getting open a lot, he will not draw the top coverage on the field so he looks primed to drop a lot of points this weekend.

Eddie Lacy (Running Back): The Packers will lean on Lacy to control the clock and the game. Lacy is a threat out of the backfield and the Bears are awful at stopping the run so Lacy owners should see some all pro production out of the star RB.

Chicago Bears

Alshon Jeffery (Wide Receiver): Jeffery is the best WR on the Bears by far however he is currently injured and it is hard to assume he would be 100 percent going into this contest. Jeffery should get the primary looks but could have a rough night if he is limited by his injuries.

Matt Forte (Running Back): The Bears should lean on Forte for some offensive stability. With a large portion of their wide receivers injured the Bears need Forte to have a big game on the ground. Forte should put up some good numbers but his days of catching passes in the backfield are over.

Eddie Royal (Wide Receiver): Royal is the 1B starter to Jeffery (1A) and is also a little dinged up. Royal suffered a hip injury which has limited him in practice but it will be shocking if he is not a full go for week 1.

Jay Cutler (Quarterback): Cutler has a tough task ahead of him, the revamped Green Bay defense. Cutler did not do well against mid-level defenses last year however John Fox will guide Cutler back to the promise land. Cutler will be a gunslinger in this game the only problem is we really don't know who he will be throwing too.

Martellus Bennett (Tight End): Bennett may have a huge game if Cutler's top options are out. Bennett will be the main option if Alshon Jeffery and Eddie Royal are both missing time due to injury and this could ratchet up his targets to more than he has ever had with the Bears. A special game may be brewing for Bennett.
