5 things to watch

1. How will the Cowboys/Vikings perform in first real dress rehearsal?

This is the first time we will get to see absolutely everyone (barring injury) on the field for the first team defenses and offenses. The excitement is palpable as the regular season will be less than a week away.

2. The Cowboys line almost back to full strength..

The Cowboys offensive line has been dinged up so far this offseason. This is the healthiest they have been so far and the starters should get plenty of reps since they will likely be out for preseason week 4. This means we will see the Cowboys first team running backs behind a complete offensive line which will show us who will succeed and who will fail. Dez Bryant will also be returning from a hamstring so he will see his first snaps in a preseason game.

3. How replacing Orlando Scandrick will go?

The Cowboys have Tyler Patmon waiting to replace Scandrick in the slot and Claiborne replacing him on the outside. Patmon is a natural slot corner with a great sense of awareness so he should be somewhat reminiscent of Scandrick. Claiborne has had an incredible camp and could be in for a huge season, it will be interesting to see if he can hang on to the starting job.

4. How will Teddy Bridgewater perform with all starters?

Bridgewater has been lights out in preseason and is one of the most exciting offensive players on the Viking's roster. Now it seems as if Bridgewater has created quite a bit of chemistry with wide receiver Charles Johnson, can they become the next great wide receiver/ quarterback duo?

5. Who will be the Cowboys/Vikings next big receiver?

The Cowboys are currently looking for their fifth wide receiver who should also double as a punt/ kick returner while the Vikings are just looking to find out who will take the number 1 receiving job. The Vikings currently have Charles Johnson as the favorite to win that position but if Mike Wallace has a fantastic game maybe they will return to the drawing board? The Cowboys are currently leaning towards A.J. Jenkins since he has been setting the practice field on fire lately however Nick Harwell and Lucky Whitehead are close behind.
