The Premier League season has started and there are transfer rumors still coming up with Pedro Rodriguez from Barcelona and clubs like Manchester United, Man City and Chelsea could be interested, while David de Gea looks like he could be on his way out and Real Madrid is trying to get him.

According to the Daily Mail, Man City is looking to make a move for Pedro and it comes as they are also looking at Kevin De Bruyne. The team already brought on Raheem Sterling and this comes as United has also been reported as an option for Pedro. Rodriguez said that his move from Barcelona is about his role and that he wants to play more. The team has had to limit him since Neymar and Luis Suarez came over and now United or City could make a move.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Man United has put in a bid for Pedro and it comes as Chelsea is reportedly also interested. Barca is making a reported €30 million move and City has reportedly offered a deal at that number. The Guardian reported that Man United could see a move with De Gea, as Louis Van Gaal was quoted as saying that the goalie is refusing to play for the team moving forward. The goalie is reportedly being targeted by Real Madrid.

pPr the Guardian: "We talked with him [De Gea] and he fully agreed with our decision," Van Gaal said. "I have one assistant coach and another assistant coach so we speak about that kind of thing together. We have a goalkeeping coach, Frans Hoek, and I'm not doing everything alone.

"Frans Hoek ... he has a meeting with David de Gea and he asked him: ‘Do you want to play?'" Asked what the response was, Van Gaal said: "‘No.' Then I have to take the decision. It is a process. We had been observing him in preparation, he was not so good, he was not the same David de Gea as before. He was my best player last season. According to the fans, he was the best of the last two years."
