Quarterback Joe Flacco #5 of the Baltimore Ravens hands off to running back Justin Forsett #29 in the first quarter of a game against the Cleveland Browns at M&T Bank Stadium on December 28, 2014 in Baltimore, Maryland."

The Baltimore Ravens have high expectations for the season and Joe Flacco is looking to lead the team back to the Super Bowl again and he has some new weapons coming in with Breshad Perriman and Maxx Williams as rookies, while Justin Forsett, Steve Smith and Marlon Brown give Flacco some veteran targets on offense.

The Ravens let Torrey Smith go in free agency and after the Ray Rice situation happened before last season, Justin Forsett stepped up and rushed for over 1,000 yards. The team re-signed Forsett and now Smith is in San Francisco and that gives Flacco the chance to find a new number one with Perriman coming in with Smith and Brown. According to Ravens offensive coordinator Marc Trestman, Perriman has not been "behind" the offense despite missing time in camp with an injury.

Perriman has been dealing with a knee issue and Pro Football Talk reports that he has missed 10 practices with the Ravens while recovering. Perriman was drafted in the first round out of Central Florida and he was measured as one of the fastest players in this rookie class during the combine. The Ravens are hoping that Perriman can take over as the deep threat for Smith, as he was the top receiver for Flacco to target on big plays.

Perriman could be a fantasy sleeper if he can stay healthy, while Justin Forsett is also a good option for fantasy owners this season. Forsett proved last year that he could be a number one running back and he is coming into this season as the clear starter. Last season Forsett had 1266 yards and eight touchdowns and he averaged over five yards per carry. Forsett also was good out of the backfield, catching 44 balls and the Ravens are expecting to push that total up this season.

Flacco is coming back after another very productive season and the Ravens are hoping he can keep things going without Torrey Smith back. Flacco had 27 touchdowns and 12 interceptions last season and he completed 62 percent of his passes, which was Flacco's highest rate since back in 2010. Maxx Williams is going to get the chance to compete at tight end as a rookie and he likely will start off as the backup to Crockett Gillmore, according to Jamison Hensley at ESPN. Last season Smith had 79 receptions for 1065 yards and six touchdowns in 16 games for the Ravens.

Perriman signed a four year deal worth $8.7 million with the Ravens and he is coming into the league with speed, but there are questions about his ball control. Perriman put up flashy numbers at UCF, but he also had some issues dropping balls, including eight last season and he has made up for that with speed around the 4.3 range in the 40-yard dash. Perriman looked good in OTA workouts, but he did have some drop issues in minicamp that he will have to continue working on. Perriman's status is up in the air for the latter part of preseason.
