Kenny Bell (Tampa Bay Buccaneers)
Kenny Bell is a player with tremendous upside; he is a kick returner and a speedy WR. The problem with the Tampa Bay offense is that it is being led by a rookie and no matter how much praise gets thrown Winston's way he is an unproven NFL quarterback. Bell is exciting because he can be used similarly to Percy Harvin or other gadget players. Let us also remember Nebraska has turned out some very notable and productive NFL players, it wouldn't surprise me to see Bell making fantasy waves as the season progresses.
Cody Latimer (Denver Broncos)
Latimer was a huge disappointment last season however the kid has been showing off in preseason. He has caught an incredible amount of passes in practice and seemingly has the third string wide receiver spot locked up. This means Latimer would have to deal with only two guys being ahead in the depth chart and one of them the injury prone Emmanuel Sanders could be relegated to the slot this season. This means Latimer could be in for a big season regardless if anything happens to Sanders or not.
Terrance Williams (Dallas Cowboys)
Terrance Williams came on last season and really seemed to make the most out of his opportunities. This offseason Williams has been working tirelessly with Tony Romo and has developed a special chemistry with the quarterback. Williams has been used as the X, Z, and slot receiver roles this offseason making him the only Cowboy's player to play all three. While Dez Bryant was waiting for his new contract all the minicamp first team reps belonged to Williams. The Cowboys are likely to lean on Williams a lot more than they did last season.
Kamar Aiken (Baltimore Ravens)
The Ravens have an interesting circumstance going on at WR. Clearly the main guy Steve Smith Sr is about to go off in his last year in the league however the Ravens drafted a new number 1 wide receiver in Breshad Perriman. Perriman has missed 10 days of practice, and now faces missing a preseason game. Aiken has stepped up in his absence and has started to take reps with the first team offense. If Perriman returns anytime soon the chemistry between Aiken and Flacco will remain. Aiken can be a solid WR 2-3 this season if Perriman struggles.
