EPL Table Standings: Barclays English Premier League Results For Opening Weekend, Manchester City Leads

The EPL Table standings heading out of Week 1 of the Barclays English Premier League opening weekend has Manchester City in the top spot ahead of Leicester City, Crystal Palace, West Ham United, Aston Villa, Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea and Everton after the results and it comes after Arsenal was stunned and Chelsea was held to a draw.

Man City won in their first game and they are coming in with a three goal differential after winning 3-0 and they are tops on the table. Leicester City, West Ham and Aston Villa are in the top five right now and all have one win on the season. Liverpool and Man United also won, but only scored one goal in those games. Chelsea was held to a draw and Everton comes in ahead of Newcastle in the top 10

Man United won by a goal over Tottenham at home, while Everton and Watford pulled a draw. Aston Villa won, while Chelsea and Swansea played to a draw. West Ham shocked Arsenal 2-0 and Liverpool won away 1-0 over Stoke City. Man City won in the debut of Raheem Sterling, winning 3-0 over West Brom.
