Steve Smith Sr turned back the clock at various points last season reminding his old team the Carolina Panthers of who they lost. Smith is 36 and led the Ravens in receptions and receiving yards however he still believes that this is his last ride. Smith stated

"I feel like it's time, all the chips are on the table. Let's see what the dealer gives me."

In the last few games of the season Smith disappeared only registering 390 yards, which could be a sign that fatigue and age could be impacting his body more than we think. Smith shined in the 2014 matchup against his former team now rival the Carolina Panthers and had a memorable performance. This cemented his legacy somewhat as a player who can turn back the clock and play his heart out if he needs too. The elder statesman will most likely try pass on some of his knowledge to Breshad Perriman the Ravens new wide receiver who has missed some time due to injury. Adding insult to injury, Smith is still the leader in catches, receiving yards and touchdowns for the Carolina Panthers and that does not look like it will change anytime soon.
