The NFL free agent market still has names like Evan Mathis, Jermaine Gresham and Shonn Greene on the market this summer and heading into training camp, teams like the Miami Dolphins, Oakland Raiders, Arizona Cardinals, New Orleans Saints, Chicago Bears and San Francisco 49ers could be interested in making additions.

Mathis has been one of the top guards in the league over the past couple years and he is on the market after being released by the Eagles. Mathis dealt with a contract issue and he has had interest from numerous teams this offseason, according to the Miami Herald. Gresham is on the market after finishing out his contract with the Bengals and having back surgery in the offseason. Gresham remained on the market after surgery and now he is getting more interest from teams.

Greene joins a long list of veteran RBs on the market after getting released by the Titans, as players like Chris Johnson, Ben Tate and Felix Jones remain available. The Cowboys could be in the mix for Greene once training camp starts up, but right now they appear content with the backs they have in Darren McFadden, Joe Randle and Lance Dunbar at the top of the depth chart. Mathis is going to keep getting attention and he told the Miami Herald that he expects to sign a deal ahead of training camp.

Gresham is coming in with a number of teams interested, including the Oakland Raiders, Arizona Cardinals and New Orleans Saints. ESPN reports that the Bengals are likely not bringing back Gresham, while the Raiders interest was from earlier in the offseason before Gresham had surgery. According to the NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Gresham met with the Cardinals this week and the Saints have also shown interest in Gresham through the offseason.

Gresham could help out the Saints after they traded away Jimmy Graham, while the Cardinals have a void after John Carlson retired. Gresham is a solid pass blocker and he also is strong catching the ball, as he had 62 catches last season in 15 games. Gresham has been consistent through his career, making at least 52 catches in four of his five seasons in the league.

According to the Miami Herald, Barry Jackson reports that players for the Dolphins have had issues with the offensive line and that there is "definitely concern" about the guard situation. Jackson writes that the players feel that there is "concern" that no one took hold of the job in offseason workouts. Mathis would be the best of the group if he signed up for the Dolphins, as players like Billy Turner, Dallas Thomas and Jamil Douglas likely will battle things out.

The South Florida Sun-Sentinel reported last week that the Dolphins were interested in Mathis and things could ramp up with camps starting to open up soon. The Dolphins have limited cap space moving forward, so they likely do not want to overpay for Mathis, but the team has a need at the guard position. Mathis was making just over $5 million for the Eagles coming into the season and he likely will want more than that this year.
