The NBA Finals Game 4 matchup for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors is live on Thursday from Quicken Loans Arena and the game is on ABC from TV and streaming on the Watch ESPN website starting at 9 pm ET as LeBron James and Stephen Curry battle with the playoffs series 2-1 for the Cavs and that makes this fourth game so crucial.

The Warriors are looking to stop the Cavs from going up 3-1 in the series and that makes this game the most important one of the season for Golden State. The team knows what happens when a team goes up 3-1 as they did that with the Rockets and now they are trying to keep the Cavs from doing it. LeBron James has been playing out of his mind and he has set a record with the points he has scored through the first three games of the finals.

Matthew Dellavedova has become a key player for the Cavs and he scored 20 points in the last game to contribute on offense on top of his stellar defense. In Game 2 of the series he kept Curry scoreless on the eight shots he was defending him for and he also forced four turnovers. Dellavedova was strong again and kept Curry from doing much for three quarters, but the MVP got hot at the end and the Warriors are hoping that carries over.

The Cavs took a 20 point lead on the Warriors at one point in the game, but Golden State was able to get it down to one near the end. The Cavs did enough to stay ahead and now James has the chance to win another game without Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love. The team lost Love in the first round and Irving went down in the first game of the series in the finals and after that the media basically said the Cavs had no shot.

James has put the team on his back already, but nothing like what he is doing in the finals. James had 44 points in the first game that was a loss and he added another amazing performance in Game 2 with 39 pints, 16 rebounds and 11 assists for a triple double. James came back and scored 40 points and had 12 rebounds with eight assists in the last win and that beat Curry's 27 points. The Cavaliers have a huge chance to take a commanding lead in the series and this would put Golden State on their heels heading into Game 5.

Coming into Game 3 tied 1-1, the teams both were looking to get the advantage, as ESPN reports that 84 percent of the winners of the third game when the series is tied goes on to win. Adding to that though is that the home team winning that game wins the series 65 percent of the time and that means this series is still very much up for grabs. No one will argue that the Cavs are "better" than the Warriors, but right now they are playing that way and the Cavs can take firm control with another win at home.
