The Tampa Bay Buccaneers could consider a trade with Mike Glennon this offseason after drafting Jameis Winston and this season the team could look at trading Vincent Jackson or Doug Martin, as both players were on the trading block last year and the team could be ready to move on after drafting Winston, Kenny Bell and Charles Sims the past two years.

Winston was the presumptive number one overall pick coming into the draft and the Buccaneers plan on starting him from Week 1. Glennon comes in as the backup right now and while the team will need someone to play behind Winston, Glennon has trade value and could be a target. According to Pro Football Talk, the Cleveland Browns were interested in Glennon this offseason and teams like the Buffalo Bills or New York Jets also could look into the quarterback.

Buccaneers general manager Jason Licht said that the team did not get any calls regarding Glennon during the draft, but ESPN Bucs reporter Pat Yasinskas reported that if Glennon were to be traded, it would come after the draft anyway. The Buccaneers are invested in Winston and Glennon was a draft pick from the previous regime. According to ESPN.com, the Buccaneers likely would want a mid-round pick for Glennon.

Adam Caplan at ESPN.com writes that the team could receive interest in Glennon over the summer and in training camp when teams deal with injuries and other issues. Last year Ryan Mallett generated interest before getting traded to Houston during the season and Glennon could have a similar path. While Glennon has not had the chance to start for a full season, he played in 13 games in 2013 and started games last year with Josh McCown out.

Glennon has a good touchdown to interception ratio for a young player with 29 touchdowns and 15 interceptions and that could be a sign of potential in Glennon. The quarterback has a strong arm and while he doesn't have great traded value right now, it could change as the summer goes along. The Buccaneers had Jackson and Martin on the trading block last year and there is a chance those names come up again this offseason or this year near the deadline.

Jackson is on a big contract and Martin comes in after a disappointing couple of seasons following his impressive rookie year. The Buccaneers may consider trading those players because of who they have brought in over the past couple years, with Mike Evans, Kenny Bell and Charles Sims as well as Kaelin Clay coming in over the past two draft classes. Bell could be a sleeper out of Nebraska in the fifth round, while Sims could push Martin to start in his second season.

Martin had a great rookie season with 1454 yards rushing and 11 touchdowns to go along with 49 catches for 472 yards, but he has dealt with injuries over the past two years. Martin has averaged less than four yards per carry in each of the past two seasons and he only has three touchdowns combined in 17 games played over that stretch. Martin put up more yards in his rookie season than over the last two years combined and that could push him down the depth chart for Lovie Smith.
