The Oakland Raiders have a top five draft pick this year and if they don't trade out, players like Amari Cooper, Melvin Gordon, Kevin White, Todd Gurley and Dante Fowler could be potential targets and this comes as the team is not likely in on the Adrian Peterson trade, with the Dallas Cowboys and Arizona Cardinals possible landing spots.

The Raiders have a number of options at the pick, as there are a ton of strong offensive players in the top 10 and they also could consider a trade. According to Pro Football Talk, the Miami Dolphins have been interested in moving up and the raiders could be potential partners in the top five. Both teams reportedly have interest in Amari Cooper and Kevin White and if the Dolphins move up, it's likely those players will be considered as picks if they are on the board.

If the Raiders sit tight they could have Cooper, White or DeVante Parker as options at number four. According to Bill Williamson at ESPN.com, the team is interested in adding more weapons on offense for Derek Carr in year two. Cooper is considered by most draft experts to be the top receiver and he could be the first WR off the board. Last season Cooper was a monster with 16 touchdowns, 124 catches and 1727 yards for Alabama and that could make him a top five pick.

White comes in measuring a bit faster and a bit bigger, but Cooper is the more polished player. White had 109 catches and 10 touchdowns for West Virginia and he is an explosive prospect along with Parker. The team also may consider taking a defensive player, as names like Fowler, Vic Beasley, Shane Ray and Danny Shelton also could be options. Leonard Williams is considered to be the top defensive player, but he likely will be off the board to Tennessee or Jacksonville but the time the Raiders pick.

Trading down is an option as well, as the team could be in line to get Todd Gurley if they want him. The team signed Trent Richardson and Roy Helu this offseason, but they could be options for Gurley or Melvin Gordon at number 14 if they trade back with Miami. A few years ago the team traded with Miami so the Dolphins could get Dion Jordan and Reggie McKenzie was thrilled, as he was targeting DJ Hayden anyway and still was able to draft him.

The Raiders were considered an option for Adrian Peterson, but now that is looking unlikely. ESPN reports that the Vikings want at least a first round pick and likely two to get Peterson and that should keep the Raiders out. Oakland has been building through the draft and they do not want to trade top picks for a 30 year old running back, even if it's Peterson. The Cowboys could be a potential fit, but it looks like Peterson will remain with the Vikings.

The Raiders have numerous options with their top five pick and they could end up with one of the best players in the nation. Cooper right now looks like the pick if he is on the board and he could be a top target for years to come for Carr.
