The Cleveland Browns are coming into the offseason with a high amount of cap space and that could make players like Randall Cobb, Jeremy Maclin, Brian Hartline, DeAngelo Williams, Ndamukong Suh, Byron Maxwell, Jermaine Gresham, Owen Daniels, Julius Thomas, Terrance Knighton and Torrey Smith potential targets along with Vince Wilfork after he was let go by the Patriots.

The Browns have over $50 million to spend on free agency and they have the chance to add some prime players, as they need playmakers on offense. According to the Chicago Tribune, the Bears are looking to trade Brandon Marshall and he could be a potential target for the Browns. The team has Josh Gordon suspended for the season and could look at adding a WR. Pro Football Talk reports that Brian Hartline has checked in and could be an option after his release from the Dolphins.

According to ESPN.com, Vince Wilfork did not have his contract option picked up by the Patriots and that could lead to him getting signed by the Browns. The team needs more up front on defense and if they miss out on Ndamukong Suh, the Browns could look at Wilfork or Nick Fairley as options. Josh McCown was signed by the team as a free agent and he is likely to get the starting job over Johnny Manziel. The team brought in McCown over taking Brian Hoyer back and they also may target Harry Douglas after his release from the Falcons.

Marshall is coming off of a down season and he could be a nice fit for the team as they bring in McCown. Marshall and McCown played together in 2013 when Jay Cutler was injured for the Bears and he could be an option since the Browns have a nice amount of cap space. The team also could look at Mike Wallace and Andre Johnson as trade options, as both of those players are getting shopped as well. The Browns need a replacement after Gordon was suspended and some of those players could be fits.

The Browns went 7-9 last season after getting off to a solid start and heading into 2015 Mike Pettine will be looking for more consistency. The team finished 20th in passing yards per game last season and 17th in rushing yards and they will be looking to improve in both areas. The Browns have a ton of cap space coming into the offseason and they could look at Randall Cobb, Jeremy Maclin, DeAngelo Williams, CJ Spiller or Torrey Smith as potential targets on offense for new QB Josh McCown.

The Cleveland Browns are coming into the offseason with questions at the quarterback position after Johnny Manziel went into rehab treatment now it looks like McCown will start over him. The team was rumored to be interested in a Mike Glennon trade, Kirk Cousins or Sam Bradford as options along with Ryan Mallett, Brian Hoyer and Mark Sanchez on the free agent market, but they opted to sign McCown. The team feels that McCown can be the "bridge QB" until Manziel is ready to take over. The Browns finished the season on a disappointing note and now they could look to spend to try and pull out of this steady decline.
