The NFL draft is coming and with prospects at the combine, teams are looking at players very closely and now reports have Jameis Winston dealing with some shoulder issues, but that likely will not keep the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from targeting him and if that happens, players like Marcus Mariota and Brett Hundley could be targets for teams like the Cleveland Browns, Tennessee Titans and Philadelphia Eagles.

The NFL combine has extensive medical testing and that is one reason why Winston's shoulder issues were found. According to ESPN.com, Winston is getting further testing to see why he has had "weakness" in his throwing shoulder. Winston's QB coach said that there were no issues last week with Winston's shoulder and now he will have testing to see what's wrong.

The combine often has medical issues pop up when players are getting evaluated, but the attention on this if bigger since the player is Winston. Winston won the Heisman and a national championship with Florida State two years ago and led the team to the playoffs last season. Winston put up some amazing numbers in college and that is why many have predicted he will go number one overall in the draft.

Chris Mortensen on Twitter writes that Winston will get more tests on the shoulder and it likely means that he will not throw for teams on Saturday. The Buccaneers have said that the off the field issues with Winston are not a concern, while the Titans have said they have 'done a lot of work' on Winston this offseason. The Titans have the number two pick and they could look at a QB with that pick. The team also could look at trades and teams like the Browns, Eagles and Jets could be interested in moving up.

The Titans have Zach Mettenberger, but it's likely that the team will make an upgrade. Mariota has similar size to Winston, but some are wondering if he can translate to the NFL after playing in a system at Oregon. Winston is looked at as the more pro ready player than Mariota by most scouts and while this shoulder issue is a concern, it likely will not affect what the Bucs and other teams do at the top of the draft. Winston will have more testing and if a major issue comes up, that could change things, but right now it looks like Winston will be the top overall pick.

The Eagles are very interested in bringing in Mariota and they would have to make multiple moves, as they are at the number 20 pick. The Jets are also interested in Mariota and they could consider drafting him if he falls to number six. The Browns also are an option, as the team is in need of a quarterback and they could look at trading up if Mariota falls. Winston had some amazing numbers in college, passing for 7964 yards and 65 touchdowns in his career while also adding seven rushing touchdowns.
